I had a fantastic experience at Neptune Paradise Beach hotel. The rooms were large and comfortable, and the staff truly made my stay memorable with their helpfulness. The dining options were varied, with delicious fresh ingredients, although I felt some restaurants required prior booking. Overall, it was a wonderful place to unwind, but I did notice that some facilities could use a little more attention.

I had a really disappointing stay at this hotel. The service was incredibly slow and did not meet our expectations, especially with a large group. We were promised better accommodations for our conference, but ended up in a tent next to the pool. The rooms were in rough shape, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. I wouldn't recommend this place based on my experience.

The beautiful beach with pure white sand was breathtaking, and I loved the unique setting of the hotel, which used to be a monkey colony, adding a fun atmosphere.
